Any use of The Custodian platform is solely at the discretion of the user and cannot hold The Custodian liable or responsible for any personal data loss or functional changes that may result in platform changes temporarily or permanently.

During the Development phase, The Custodian reserves all rights to carry out platform maintenance, updates or any other changes that may result in data being permanently deleted, this includes user account/profiles or platform unavailability without notice.

If you are not part of the testing user group, please do not use this service until otherwise informed. You may register you interest and receive a notification when The Custodian has officially launched.
